Help us rock!
We are a Christian singer and bassist from St Johns Church, Woking, who are looking to form a rock band with other local Christians of roughly similar age to us (we're 23 and 25). There isn't really anyone else in our church who would be interested so we thought we would contact other local churches to see if anyone was! Ideally, we are looking for a guitarist, a guitar/keyboard player and a drummer - however, Mike (the bassist) also plays guitar, so if a bassist or keyboard player is really interested we don't have to be set on that.
Our musical influences include bands like Paramore, Evanescence, Muse and Nightwish. Do you know of any musicians in your church who might be interested in this? If there is anyone, we'd be grateful if you could ask them to email us at the_turnip@hotmail.com so we can chat about it a bit more. Mike & Laura
