Week commencing 19th August

Are you game for Cricket?

This  Sunday 19th August at 2.30pm there will be a ‘friendly’ cricket match against Lightwater Church at Bagshot Cricket Club’s ground behind the Cricketers pub on the A30.
The entrance is off the A30 at the Lodge entrance to Bagshot Park. The gates will be open for the occasion. Turn right immediately and a sign will direct you to the ground.

If you are coming to watch, then please bring sandwiches and cake. Tea and coffee will be provided.

Thank you from Margaret

Dear Friends
A very big thank you for all your kind words of appreciation and gifts last Sunday.  I have been overwhelmed by the depth of the love and support shown to me by so many people in recent months.  It has been a great privilege for me to lead the music and to minister among you for the last five years and I am sad that it has come to an end.   May God bless you richly in the future.  Love Margaret.

Heritage Open Day

The church will be open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 8th September as part of Heritage Open Day. This year help will be available to those doing their family history from Christine Bartholomew and her extensive knowledge of how to do it and where to find records. There will again be guided tours of the church, or wander around on your own if you prefer. Do feel free to bring your friends and show them our  collection of six Kempe stained glass windows.

Volunteers needed to help steward this event. If you can offer your services for this event please have a word with Lynne Cowley.
